Put the address in your GPS as the intersection of:
86 Log Rd
&
Buckley Rd
Patchogue NY 11772
Park in the concrete enlarged driveway which is behind the White House.
Left half of the house is a residence and the other Right half is an office.
Go to the right side under the canopy.
Walk up the stairs.
Ring the bell.
Walk in.
And be seated in the waiting room.
From the Long Island Expressway (LIE), exit 61.
The distance has been clocked at three and five tenth miles from the LIE. (Pass the large sign while still on Waverly Ave. that advertises the Gateway Plaza, the next traffic light is the turn that you are looking for.) Turn left at Buckley Rd. and continue until you are just BEFORE the first blinking red traffic light. You are there. Turn right into the last concrete parking area/driveway. You will be at the back of the white house on the corner, the front of which is on Log Rd.
Park in the back which is on the Buckley Road side. Facing the back of the house go to the extreme right towards the door under the vinyl awning. This is the waiting room entrance. Ring the bell. Walk in and be seated in the waiting room.
From Sunrise Highway (Going West)
Take Exit 52 on the service road to the traffic light. Make a right (going North) on Waverly Ave. and another right at the second traffic light. Please note that the traffic lights are very close together. Turn right at that second light which is Buckley Rd. and continue straight on Buckley Rd. until you are just BEFORE the first blinking red traffic light. You are there. Turn right into the last concrete parking area/driveway. You will be at the back of the white house on the corner, the front of which is on Log Rd.Park in the back which is on the Buckley Road side. Facing the back of the house go to the extreme right towards the door under the vinyl awning. This is the waiting room entrance. Ring the bell. Walk in and be seated in the waiting room.
From Sunrise Highway (Going East)
Take Exit 52 on the service road to the traffic light. Make a left on Waverly Ave. Go over the Sunrise Hwy. Bridge and start counting the traffic lights beginning with the one that is on the other side of that bridge. Please note that the traffic lights are very close together. Go two more traffic lights. Turn right at that second light which is Buckley Rd. and continue until you are just BEFORE the first blinking red traffic light. You are there. Turn right into the last concrete parking area/driveway. You will be at the back of the white house on the corner, the front of which is on Log Rd.Park in the back which is on the Buckley Road side. Facing the back of the house go to the extreme right towards the door under the vinyl awning. This is the waiting room entrance. Ring the bell. Walk in and be seated in the waiting room.
